Responsibilities:
Demonstrates and promotes a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our residents.
Responsible for the enforcement of all operational policies and procedures, rules and regulations ensuring the safety of our residents and their guests.
Recognize and respond effectively in emergency situations.
Perform water rescues and administer basic first aid as needed.
Carry out emergency operating procedures.
General maintenance and cleaning of pool area/equipment and notify the pool manager of any issues.
Keeping pool areas clean and free of debris.
