RWJ Fitness and Wellness Center in Old Bridge is a state of the art facility that delivers an exciting and personalized fitness experience to our members.
We are looking for Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all of our current and prospective members entering the facility each day.
The Front Desk team is comprised of ambitious, career oriented individuals with strong organizational skills.
The primary duties of a Front Desk Receptionist include, but are not limited to:
Direct phone calls to their respective destinations Annotate clear and concise messages Communicate with all departments to get messages delivered Schedule/confirm appointments Receive payments Remain aware of safety alert system and follow protocols Front Desk Receptionist
Qualifications:
Able to work weekends Have past experience in retail and/or customer interaction would be preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Warm and friendly disposition Experience with face to face, telephone, and email communications
