The ServiceNow Innovation Lead will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing new and innovative ServiceNow solutions that drive business value and improve operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate new and innovative ServiceNow solutions that can be leveraged to drive Digital transformation, automation, simplification and improve operational efficiencies.
Work closely with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
Develop an approach for agile, quick experimentation.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs and drive operational efficiencies.
Collaborate with the stakeholders to ensure that new solutions align with the Digital & IT strategy, ServiceNow strategy, and governance framework.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow innovation metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of new solutions and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow innovation policies and procedures to ensure that new solutions are being developed and implemented in a consistent and compliant manner.
Stay up to date on ServiceNow trends and best practices to ensure that the organization is leveraging the latest innovations and technologies.
Qualifications &
Experience:
Requires deep expertise in own functions, typically gained through a university degree and 7-8 years of experience.
