Applicant must possess excellent verbal, computer and writing skills.
Applicant must be organized and motivated.
Job Duties include but not limited to:
Has a courteous and profession demeanor over the phone and in person Handle a high volume of e-mails/calls - Answering phones/responding to emails Posting and reviewing advertisements on Craig's List Is detail orientated and takes a proactive approach to follow up in all aspects of the job Has the ability to work independently and with a team Communicates effectively both written and verbally Is organized, efficient, and works well in a high paced office environment Is proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
) Has a valid driver's license, must be able to travel to different locations Skills/
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Maintain X a plus but will train Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask Dedication to the job Ability to work independently and as part of a group Job type- Part-time Salary:
