The ideal candidate will have experience in medical office management, front desk operations, calendar management, phone systems, phone etiquette, training development, team management, and file management.
Duties:
- Manage the daily operations of the medical office - Oversee front desk staff and ensure excellent customer service - Manage calendars and appointments for medical staff - Manage phone systems and ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained - Develop and implement training programs for new employees - Manage and develop the office team - Maintain accurate and organized files Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in medical office management or a related field - Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred - Ability to work well under pressure - Bachelor's degree preferred We offer a competitive salary package and benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
