Responsibilities:
As our Receptionist/Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Warmly welcoming and assisting customers, providing a positive and inviting atmosphere.
Managing appointments and ensuring a smooth patient flow.
Educating customers on various eyewear options and helping them find the perfect frames to suit their style and needs.
Processing sales transactions and maintaining accurate records.
Handling phone inquiries and addressing customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Previous experience in customer service or sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in basic computer skills.
