Client Support Specialist

We have an opening for a Client Support Specialist.
Specific Responsibilities:
+ Billing and Invoicing: Performing periodic audits of our billing system, and invoicing customers as needed
+ Emailing potential members
+ Good grasp of email marketing and email service provider interface (such as Constant Contact)
+ Participation on conference calls/webinars and occasional presenations to members
+ Regulate and manage access rights of different users on website
+ Respond to customer issues by email and phone
+ Ability to create and edit Adobe PDF documents is a plus
+ Experience with WordPress a plus
+ Editing content on our Internet websites
+ Troubleshooting web sites, solving and discovering issues with content, links, navigation, and user experience
+ Maintain websites for clients and businesses
+ Offer technical support to clients
+ Design web pages and email templates
Qualifications

+ MUST HAVE skills using programs like Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Dreamweaver (Adobe Premier a PLUS)
+ Knowledge of HTML
+ Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
+ Great customer service and communications skills
+ Self-motivated individual
+ Works well in collective settings and individually under minimal supervision
+ Detail oriented

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
